The Zwiggelterveld 167 is located on the small-scale holiday park Het Hart van Drenthe in the nature reserve of the same name near the picturesque village of Westerbork.
The fenced house offers a wonderful place to enjoy a snack and drink in the garden on the terrace while the children play at the house or in the park. The central location is ideal with the reception with garden room, the football/basketball court, air trampoline and the large playgrounds just a stone's throw away. A nice place for a family with children who like to be active, but also for those seeking peace and quiet who like to go cycling or walking in the wooded area.
The house
The modernized holiday home was renovated and restyled in 2023.
The property has a private garden which is reached via a shared path. The garden path leads to the front door where you enter the house in the hall and with meter cupboard. On a sunny day, your living room can also be reached through the sliding doors from the terrace and the bike can be placed directly in the storage room which has a door to the living room. The living room has large windows, so that a lot of daylight enters the room even on a winter day. Breakfast or dinner can be prepared in the modern kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, induction hob with extractor hood and dishwasher. The meal can be enjoyed at the dining table which is now placed in the bright corner overlooking the garden. On a cold winter's day, a crackling fire in the fireplace brings warmth and extra atmosphere. On the ground floor is the modern bathroom with cantilevered toilet, towel radiator, washbasin and walk-in shower with door. Next to the bathroom is the storage room with washing machine connection, space for storing bicycles inside and possibility to charge an electric bicycle.
The 1st floor is accessible via the stairs, where both bedrooms are accessible from the compact landing, as well as the storage room with central heating boiler. The master bedroom has a double bed with a wardrobe and the 2nd bedroom has 2 separate beds with wardrobe between the beds
The entire house is finished with a low-maintenance PVC floor, neutral colours on the walls and a modern interior using a natural colour scheme.
Use or rent out
Permanent residence is not allowed at Het Hart van Drenthe. It is possible to use the house as a second home for (recreational) own use. Of course, this property can also be rented out, which can provide returns. Rental can be done in-house or unburdened through Summio. At the holiday park Het Hart van Drenthe, every owner can furnish the holiday home according to their own wishes. When renting through Summio, general guidelines apply, where the owner can incorporate his/her own style into the interior. This property complies with the current rental guidelines. There is an ongoing lease agreement until the end of 2023.
